Job Description

Service Delivery and Performance

  • To own the updating of CIMWeb across all region
  • Create OPIs as required by Operations
  • Ensures that data is accurate and delivered on time on a daily basis to all internal customers
  • Reinforce and maintains data integrity across all campaigns in the region
  • To support the development and deployment of the agreed People – Process – Technology long-term strategy rollout

Development and Improvement

  • To suggest proactively on CIMWeb improvement areas
  • To support the business in terms of disputes on bonuses and performance metrics loaded in CIMWeb
  • To always meet or exceed commitments when engaged in existing and/or new projects
  • To identify value-added opportunities to increase client revenues and work with marketing in their implementation


Educational Background:

  • College Graduate with any course
  • Courses like BS Math, BS in any Engineering course, BS Accountancy, Computer Science, Computer Programming will be given priority


Work Experience:

  • At least 12 months experience in business and/or account analytics
  • Preferably with 6 months experience in BPO / Call Center industry
  • Experience in talking with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in the usage of Telephony reporting tools such as Avaya CMS
  • Experienced in using data warehouse solution such as CIMWeb

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically the use of MS Excel
  • Average communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Above average analytical skills
