Job Description

his position requires effective communication skills for the following key focus areas (additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand):

  • Manage courses and offerings
  • Create and maintain course library’s
  • Configure course information such as version, pre-requisites and authoring.
  • Content archiving and general server maintenance
  • Mapping of course classification and system navigation
  • Configure online course assessments and surveys
  • Record and administer audio assessments
  • Manage the Transcom University inbox, responding to general enquires, troubleshooting and work requests within the service level agreement.
  • Work and collaborate with other members of the learning and development team and other functional units of the organization such as operations and quality.
  • Communicate Transcom University updates to the business such as system enhancements, outages and course offerings.
  • Manage learning requests
  • Track and approve course enrolments
  • Create audience groups for prescribed training such as compliance training
  • Schedule and manage webinar reservation
  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting
  • Escalate to 2nd level support team issues with the system and communicate with the business
  • Evaluate system and recommend enhancements
  • Run standard and adhoc reporting on assessment and survey scores, as well as Transcom University utilization, enrollments and learning plans
  • Maintain Database including administrator rights, user accounts, current/legacy content, and glossary bank maintenance


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): HTML, JavaScript, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash, CSS.
  • At least 2 years working in a learning and development environment, or knowledge management.
  • Working experience with an LMS (learning management system) or CMS (content management system) as a trainer, administrator or end user.
  • Have worked with numbers and understand basic mathematics needed for reporting, analysis
  • Have worked in a data-driven environment
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PASIG CITY.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.


Technical Design Skills:

  • Knowledge for:
    • elearning publishing/authoring software such as adobe captivate or articulate
    • Html Coding
    • Photoshop
    • SCORM standards
  • Strong editorial skills, including scheduling and tracking deliverables
  • Ability to be detail oriented and organized
  • Proven ability to manage many simultaneous projects to meet business goals and objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear, concise information and direction to partners and internal teams
  • Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action, exercising appropriate judgment
  • Understanding of basic Instructional Design and Learning Theory Concepts
  • Ability to be flexible, resilient and adaptable to changing priorities
