Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regularly report online, facilitator-led and self-paced course completion rates (or as specified by internal and external clients)
• Support the different training teams in setting training arrangements – such as training rooms availability and systems-related requests
• Effectively present reports to enable stakeholders create informed decisions
• Facilitate process roll-outs to the members of the training team• Gather up-to-date information on required tasks as needed
• Maintain keenness and diligence in updating trackers
• Efficiently work on massive amount of data and present high level analyses and interpretation
• Drive compliance on post-training initiatives and evaluations (such as surveys and participants’ feedback)
• Have a working knowledge of data automation
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in all required tasks

 
 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA degree with at least 1 year experience in a training and BPO environment
• High level of effective interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees, in both written and verbal correspondence
• Advance proficiency level in using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
• Programming is an advantage.
• Flexible, could adapt to changes in plans rapidly and effectively
• Highly accurate in maintaining, updating and organizing data.
• Has high attention to detail, can easily adjust to immediate plan modifications.
• Should have a strong desire to be part of a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
