Job Description

Assists in administrative function for the department such as:

  • document scanning
  • document photocopying or typing
  • document management

Document Profiling

  • Assist the team in profiling documents in the UNIGIP DM library that do not entail  updating records in the TM database or forwarding such documents to the client or managing B&M office.

Matter Number Opening

  • Assist the team in opening matter number requests via INTAPP Open.


  • Assist the leaders with the development and maintenance of any related references, manuals and/or report.

Maintains confidentiality of information in respect of the affairs of the Firm.
Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by the Employer through authorized representatives from time to time either through direct written order or by verbal assignment



  • With a good command of the English language.
  • Above average technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Effective collaboration skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible in attitude and approach to work

About the Opportunity

This position will provide administrative support  to the department. The GIPSC Intern will work closely with all the GIPSC leaders in managing incoming hard copy posts, preparing documents and filing documents with the proper document naming convention, photocopying or typing, matter number opening, documentation and any other admin-related tasks that may be identified to further support the GIPSC operations and support divisions.
The GIPSC Intern will be taking day-to-day directions and receiving work assignments from the GIPSC Leaders. They will also provide logistical support where needed and liaise with members of GSM and other duties as required and agreed with the management team of the department
