Job Description

Support for content management tools and processes (40%)

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc tasks, projects and reports assigned by the team

Content quality (40%)

  • Review and publish information on global trackers based on accepted Firm standards
  • Provide timely progress reports
  • Perform regular quality audits on assigned databases and platforms

Support ad hoc projects as assigned (20%)

  • Work with other units in the Global Business Development, Marketing & Communications Department on relevant tasks, projects and reports as assigned
 
 

Requirements

- Relevant experience in a project membership role in school
- Experience and aptitude for data entry, extraction and analysis
- Natural affinity for technology
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with limited supervision
- Strong, enthusiastic team player

About the Opportunity

This Manila-based role will be a member of the Global BD, Marketing & Communications team and will play a key role in supporting the Content Management team optimize the various marketing information and applications in place to support promotional activities and achieve the Firm’s strategic BD/marketing goals. He/she will focus on executing tasks/projects as assigned to deliver the effective use of different marketing and BD tools managed by the team.
