Job Description

Your key responsibilities as a Recruiter will be to generate candidates for our clients and manage them through the process. 
  • Mapping of the market to generate names, contacts and market intelligence 
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, screening, short-listing candidates and managing interviews 
  • Advertising vacancies in a wide range of media 
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates 
  • Generating business leads


  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruiter 
  • Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision-making skills
