Your key responsibilities as a Recruiter will be to generate candidates for our clients and manage them through the process.
- Mapping of the market to generate names, contacts and market intelligence
- Receiving and reviewing applications, screening, short-listing candidates and managing interviews
- Advertising vacancies in a wide range of media
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Generating business leads
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruiter
- Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
